If you cannot upload these forms, please be sure to bring the completed forms to the cheer clinic on the first day. Your child will not be able to participate without these completed forms.
Attire: Comfortable clothes good for moving/jumping/dancing/CHEERING! Tennis shoes are a must.
A snack and drink will be provided but please be sure to send a water bottle with your child. They will be participating in events held indoors and outdoors.
