If you choose to pay by credit card, simply complete all information requested in the on-line form and use your credit card to complete the transaction.

If you choose to pay by Venmo, search @PTHS_Cheer_Boosters (or find the QR Code thumbnail to the left ), send payment as "friends and family", and in the notes please indicate your company name and the athlete you are sponsoring.
